ELCA Youth & Young Adult Gathering 2024
In-Kind Offering
Several members of Peace will be attending the ELCA Youth & Young Adult Gathering this summer in New Orleans. As a part of the Gathering, there are different offerings that take place during the event to support various causes. One of these is what is called an ‘In-Kind Offering’. The focus of this offering is to assemble hurricane relief kits. The nation is split into nine regions and each region is assigned an item to provide for the kits. We are assigned to region six and are asked to focus on AA batteries. If you would like to help us provide these items, the wishlist shopping links are below! If you do shop via these links, be sure to choose the shipping address for the Gathering… the items will go directly to the event in New Orleans! We appreciate your continued support!

The Cross-Lit Pantry
The Cross-Lit Pantry was established by the Peace LYO in 2018 as a service project and an outreach effort to our local community.
Members of Peace, and family and friends, bring in food donations and various church members keep an eye on the pantry throughout the week and restock as needed.
If you would like to contribute items to the pantry, you can bring the items to church on Sundays and leave them in the Access entrance (to the left, under the coat rack when you enter the building).
The LYO appreciates all of the support that continues to make this effort such a success!
